The Point Turton Beach House

Just situated 2.5 hours from Adelaide and situated just 100 metres from the Tavern on Turton and the jetty and boat ramp. The Beach House is your private paradise.
Enjoy the surrounding beaches and fishing during the day add relax and unwind here with amazing 180 degree views from the expansive deck.
Point Turton Beach House is the place to relax, unwind and just enjoy the beauty of the natural landscape.

Guests on arrival will be met onsite and provided access to the property.
Please note you will need to provide linen and towels.

Beach House

The Beach House is in the most beautiful part of the York Peninsula (Point Turton). Absolutely recommend the beach house to anyone. Great views, Very clean and has everything you need, the beach house is a lovely home. Thank you Betty for making us feel welcome.

Family holiday

The property was in the perfect location for Pt Turton and has an excellent layout. There are views from almost every room of the house and We had everything we needed, will definitely be back and would highly recommend renting this property if you are looking for a holiday house in Pt Turton.

Perfect Getaway

Excellent base to explore. Flahertys beach was fantastic! The house has a lovely outlook, we even got to watch a dolphin catching his breakfast, whilst having our breakfast. I would recommend this property.

A Heven in point Turton

A huge thank you to the keeper and the owner of the house to gave us such an opportunity to experience an authentic weekend in this doll house. First of all I should say that at the end of the winter when bays are not too crowded, you can enjoy silence, calmness and purity of the nature in this house. It gives you the chance of being so close to the sky, sun, rainbows (every day)!! , clouds birds and the horizon. All together in an extremely clean house with full utensils required for cooking, nice coaches, great views accessible in every part of the house and comfortable clean mattresses. We were almost in tears when we were leaving. It is a must to go and see it. Thank you again 😊🙏🏼

Amazing Holiday House!

We first walked in and our jaws dropped. Stunning location with an even more stunning views. We stayed 10 days and the only reason we weren't too depressed leaving was that we were moving on to a new travel adventure and not having to go home! Seriously this house has it all - gorgeous kind owners, the friendliest property manager, wifi, a super well appointed kitchen, a jetty next to the house - great for throwing in a line, and a gas fired heater which was perfect for a couple of cool nights. We would love to come back! 5 STARS!

Glorious views!

What a magnificent place to stay! We had initially booked 3 nights, but we were enjoying our stay so much we asked for an extra night. Thankfully Heath was able to accommodate us. I stayed with my 70+ year old parents and my children aged 9 and 6. There was plenty of fenced off yard for my kids to run around in, and plenty of puzzles in the cupboard to keep them occupied when not fishing! The view of the bay was second to none. Nothing better than to wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the water. The location of this house was perfect for us as we wanted somewhere close to the jetty for fishing, and you really couldn't get anywhere closer (other than the caravan park). It would take us under 2 minutes to walk to the jetty from the front door. It's also within a really short stroll to the tavern. The house itself was great. It had a massive kitchen (although no dishwasher at the time of our stay), and two living spaces at either end of the house, which is ideal when travelling with children. The house was well appointed, and I was very grateful for an electric blanket when the temperature dropped at night. Communication with Heath the owner was great, as it was with Betty the caretaker, who greeted us on arrival (and does a great job at keeping the house in a lovely condition). All in all we had an enjoyable stay. We will be back, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending The Beach House to friends and family.
