Both bedside outlets were loose. Wall outlet was dead. Plugs would not stay plugged into the lamp outlet. Finally found an outlet that worked; but, when I turned the entry light off for the night, the outlet to my phone and laptop chargers unexpectedly lost electric. This complicated my Mapquest driving next day. Sink faucet kept running. Janitorial staff could not speak English, and walked right in without knocking while I was undressed to shower. Nearly fell because the marble threshold to the bathroom was way too high. Need better lighting in the rooms and halls. My child said "Please don't come back here next time.""
