The holiday home Assumpcio is located in Pollensa, and boasts a beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding landscape. The 231 m2 finca is ideal for families, and consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, 2 with double beds), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the 4 bedrooms), a washing machine and satellite TV. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area consists of a spacious garden with garden furniture and a parasol, a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes, two nice terraces (covered/uncovered) where you can start your day with a warm cup of coffee, and a generous pool ideal to cool off on warm summer days. You will find some shops, a supermarket and a restaurant in the immediate vicinity (500m away, 6 minutes walking), but there is a wider selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Pollensa (5 minutes driving, 2.2km). The closest beaches, Platja de Can Cap de Bou and Platja de Cala Barques, can be reached after 8 minutes driving (5.4km and 5.3km away respectively). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport can be reached after a 59-minute drive (71.2km).
