Beachfront Apartment Simar for eigth people

The Simar apartment facing the beach is a super-central 4-bedroom apartment perfectly located on the well-known seafront Passeig Saralegui in Puerto Pollensa. With capacity for 8 people in 4 air-conditioned rooms and an impressive terrace with sea views, this apartment occupies the second floor and offers stunning views. There is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches within walking distance, so no car is required.



Inside, the apartment is spacious, well-ventilated, and furnished in a modern style to offer an excellent holiday experience with an unbeatable quality-price ratio. The spacious living/dining room has direct access to the panoramic terrace and large windows that allow you to enjoy the views from any angle. The fully equipped kitchen also offers stunning sea views through the large windows. There are 4 bedrooms in total, all with air conditioning and tastefully decorated. They are, respectively, 2 double and 2 single rooms, and share 2 spacious family bathrooms with bathtub and shower. Air conditioning is included in the rental price during fixed hours, between 8:00 PM and 14:00 to 16:00.



The tourist tax is included in the rates.



Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
