Pollensa

We arrived late at night due to our flight being delayed, and Toni kindly left us a key. On arrival we discovered the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was very hot, and the bedding is all polyester/nylon and not of the quality you would expect as it looks very worn. However, after a very uncomfortable night Toni came and fixed the air conditioning but the bedding still remained the same as I don’t think I explained it adequately. The garden and pool are lovely, and the area is quiet and very beautiful with a short walk into Pollensa. The facilities as in washing machine, dishwasher and cooker were fabulous too. Overall we had a lovely holiday but I had to buy sheets from the market as the bedding was awful. Toni is delightful and very helpful- the pool was gorgeous and well maintained. If the air conditioning was stable and the bedding was sorted out it would have been perfect. The house is old and quite tired, but it’s got character. It just needs updating though. Be aware of mosquitoes too!!

Pros: Fantastic authentic Mediterranean villa located just a 10 minute drive to pollenca. We especially loved the pool and the outdoor dining area. The owner was very nice and kept us updated before arrival and answered any questions we had. He also came to clean the pool during the week and sweep the outdoors. Would highly recommend and hope to return again one day! Cons: Washing liquid and a cloth would have been good for the kitchen.

Tolle Lage! Zu Fuß nach Pollenca max. 15 min.

Pros: Das Haus hat eine super Lage. In jedem Schalfzimmer ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Super Pool, ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten im Schatten, die Nähe und die Aussicht nach Pollenca.

Ein schöner Familienurlaub in einem großen Haus mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

Pros: Tolle Lage, schönes, gepflegtes Gebäude und Gelände mit Pool. Sehr netter Besitzer, kam alle zwei-drei Tage, um Pool zu reinigen. Cons: Matratzen der Einzelbetten könnten dicker sein.
