Modern penthouse apartment facing the sea, offering a high level of quality, both in the construction as well as in its careful and stylistic decoration. It is located at the beginning of the pedestrian walk known as "Pine Walk" of Puerto Pollensa, next to Hostal Bahía.
JOANA ÁTICO is a top floor apartment split in two levels consisting of of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the main floor there is bright living room with panoramic views over the Bay of Pollensa and TV (Spanish and satellite channels). the kitchen is open and fully equipped with dishwasher, automatic washing machine, electric oven and hob. Air conditioning throughout all the house and safe.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the main floor.
Through an internal staircase you access to a second level with direct access to a large furnished terrace with marvellous views of the sea.

We loved this apartment! When you walk in the door, the wall-to-wall glass doors give you an incredible panorama of the bay. The apartment is located right on the Pine Walk and only feet from the beach/sea. We did not have a car and did not need one. An endless number of restaurants are within easy walks and local buses are easy to use and plentiful. The apartment itself was clean and modern with three good-sized bedrooms (although the third did have bunkbeds) and three full bathrooms. The air conditioning was great and the apartment was well-stocked. Access and departure was a breeze.

We were so impressed with this apartment the views are stunning and the location perfect. The apartment is well equipped and very modern it’s even nicer than the photos. Booking was easy and Paula at Marfran was really helpful answering all our questions and the instructions to pick up the keys were easy to follow and Paula answered any queries quickly. We will definitely book this apartment again we loved everything about it.

The photos don't do this property justice. The views are spectacular and the apartment is lovely, very spacious, great design and with good aircon. A few notes Wifi is good, tv only in Spanish, there is a DVD player, you'll need to take dish washer tablets and washing up liquid etc.... We will definitely try and stay here again. Only negative was that previous tenants had not washed up some glasses and knives properly.
