The elegant and spacious Villa Aumadrava Gran is a magnificent 4-bedroom farmhouse with a large private pool, which perfectly combines furnished interiors with large gardens and sunny terraces. Located on one floor and particularly spacious, Aumadrava Gran is the perfect choice for guests who love outdoor living and the comfort of a truly special holiday home.

The entrance and corridor lead to the spacious living/dining room and to the doors leading to a covered terrace and gardens. Outside this room, you will find the well-equipped kitchen (with direct access to the outdoor dining room terrace). The washer and dryer are located in an adjacent storage room. Along the main corridor there are two double bedrooms and a double master bedroom, sharing two family bathrooms. A separate annex next to the pool, with separate entrance, houses a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The interiors have been carefully renovated and finished to a high standard.

The large pool is surrounded by beautifully landscaped lawned gardens that offer great panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Sun loungers, blinds, brick barbecue and tables for outdoor dining. Table tennis is also available for guests to enjoy.

Gepflegtes Anwesen mit großem Pool und schönem Garten. Ideal für 8 Personen. Die Finca ist traditionell und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es fehlt ein zweiter Sonnenschirm am Pool.

Muy buena estancia

Estamos muy contentos con la eleccion de la casa.Hemos estado muy a gusto toda la familia, la casa esta muy bien equipada y es muy comoda, ademas responden rapido ante cualquier problema, tuvimos uno con el agua y vinieron en seguida a arreglarlo, La iluminacion del porche es pobre, falta luz para la noche. Muchisimas avispas alrededor de la piscina

Lovely villa with beautiful gardens The villa is for 8 people but there were only 7 chairs for the table on the terrace. One small down side - In the large bedroom the mattress cover did not fit and kept coming off the corners making the sheets uncomfortable if you moved !
