Surrounded by hedges, the gardens offer an isolated area for relaxation days by the pool. Inside, the villa is traditionally furnished in pine with beamed ceilings and tiled floors, and has air conditioning to provide fresh air during the sultry Mediterranean nights. A fully equipped kitchen includes the necessary modern amenities for self-service and the integrated barbecue is ideal for outdoor dinners.A/C time from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00Information to be taken into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
