"Room was clean but the carpet was not. Staff was not informative about the property amenities, so do your research before hand. All the elevators were broken or extremely slow and or broken except for one so be prepared to take the stairs. Outdoor pools were amazing, beach was beautiful, property was kept up around the pool area. Perfect for a family getaway but be prepared for some delays in the elevators and staff at check in this average at best. "

"Staff was so helpful and friendly, accommodations clean, private beach was gorgeous and clean. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. A little challenging to find the ones that were within other resort areas. I recommend this place for families wanting both beach and pool. "

"We stayed in building 4 king ocean view room. Definitely outdated but overall decent. Rumrunners is perfect for breakfast and drink. We’re going to wait until the renovation is complete to return and try out the updated rooms."
