"Room was clean and acceptable. Property was not new and it was noticeable that items needed to be upgraded. Bed was a little too hard. Breakfast was disappointing, biscuits and gravy every day and make your own waffle but no eggs or protein. I was at the hotel during a heat advisory and the air conditioning worked wonderfully."

"I got to check in early, host was checking in to make sure we were comfortable, 10/10 would totally stay again. It was nice to see all the the wildlife. It was very quiet. Beautiful at night."

"Though we only stayed for one evening of our travel we were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. This place is so well built and configured. The upstairs room has its own balcony overlooking the rimrock forest with so many deer roaming about. The furnishings were superb. Even a kuerig in the upstairs w/ my favorite Starbucks Pike Place coffee. The beds were so comfortable. Nice walk in showers. No squeaky floors; no one would even know your upstairs. The lower floor was just as nice with spacious balcony and furnishings. All in all; wish we could have stayed longer. It’s on a memorable bucket list for next time.. owner responds rapidly to inquiries; Thanks Kelvin"
