"The rooms are not the cleanest. The bathroom floor doesn't look like it's been cleaned. The bathroom door is messed up at the bottom & the doorknob. The balcony door doesn't stay shut unless you padlock it. The floors were dirty from the minute we checked in. We went & bought a broom to sweep it just to feel better. The remotes are missing the back that holds the batteries. The cleaning person didn't show up until our last day, & it's only because I reported it to the front desk that we had to go hunt for towels, toilet paper & trash bags. Then after they came in, they told my husband that there was a miscommunication, that if there is anything on the beds, they don't clean the room. So that means no new towels or anything if you forget a shirt on the bed? The elevators are extremely slow. The extended parking is "under construction" & has been since we checked in yet nobody is working on it. We has to park in the extra area next to the extended parking & walk a block to the building. The pool isn't as clean as it should be & there are never towels out. People tend to lay claim to the lounge chairs so unless you're there at day break, you may not end up with a chair. Don't even think about using the laundry room. Maintenance did little to nothing to fix the problems. Sprayed WD40 on the balcony door which worked for 12 hours before sticking again. Drawer was busted on the front. Fridge door shelves were missing. None of that was fixed when reported. Baseboards covered in dust"
