This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooks the Atlantic ocean from the top floor of a recently renovated building. Dolphins frequently swim by for entertainment as you relax on the beach or the balcony. The entire condo is at your disposal. There is a restaurant/bar within walking distance and dozens more within a short drive. Grocery stores, liquor stores and beach shops are all in close proximity.

You have access to the entire home, including your own washer/dryer.

A car is the way to go! You can park under the building. Be sure to pick up a parking tag in the office!

We will independently verify your details via a secure 3rd party platform (Truvi)) before your reservation can begin. You will also need to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 or buy a damage waiver for $35 fee. If you opt for the damage deposit, Superhog will charge you a $15 credit card processing fee. The host does not collect any of those fees.

IMPORTANT! This building is undergoing renovation that is expected to last until November 2024, including replacing the living room slider doors in every unit. It is not known at this time when the slider for THIS unit is scheduled for construction, but the owner is keeping in close contact to obtain updates.As a result, there may be noise during the day. By reserving this condo you acknowledge and accept that this may occur. Also, if you are traveling during hurricane season, travel insurance is highly recommended. The host does not offer refunds or discounts due to weather.
