We received no funds and had additional expense of E382.40. to stay at another hotel. We did not enter the room at the the hotel, We received a letter that they would not refund us anything Using my time I am informing Travel Advisor of this experience and the fact that access to not only to the garage but to the hotel is almost impossible. We were fortunate that someone was kind enough to allow us to go through their private property. "
