Perfect location, Close to the airport and walkable to the Ocean strip with lots of dining options close by. Very comfy bed, nice pool area and the breakfast had lots of choices and was very good.

Decent hotel. However, when we wanted help with having our luggage stored for a few hours, while we waited for our plane some days later, they did not allow us to store our luggage. I expect more of similar hotels.

Great support at the front desk. Leandro was so helpful. Michelle and Ricardo at the lounge both made amazing drinks! I may have forgotten my ear pods there and the team looked long and hard for them; they communicated greatly about that issue.

Though stayed a short day at this hotel, we absolutely loved it. The hotel was very clean, the food options were great, tasty, and overall really good choice and variety. This hotel is super clean, we never had any issues with the room. We also enjoy the very easy parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I am sure I will be returning to this one again in the future. Good job and thank you Azoris Royal Garden.

I had a wonderful stay at Azoris Garden. The service was excellent, the facilities were impeccable, and the overall experience was truly five-star. The only suggestion I have is to ensure that room descriptions are more specific. For couples, it’s important that the room includes a proper double bed to avoid confusion. Thank you for the great hospitality! I would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again.

I had a 15-hour layover in Ponta Delgado, and decided to book this hotel to rest before taking off the same day. I had booked for one day from my arrival at 6 a.m. until the next day. But my check-out had to be at 7 p.m. on the same day I would check in. Basically, I would use the room for a few hours. Upon my arrival, the young guy at the reception was not accommodating at all. He said that the check-in was at 2 p.m., meaning I had to wait almost 6 hours to check in to then check out at 7 p.m. I was disappointed since it seemed to me that he didn't care at all. Then I asked if I could have breakfast that was included. He said that it was their protocol that the guest must sleep over night in order to have the breakfast included. I didn't really understand his reason, since I was leaving the same day anyway without being able to have breakfast the next day. I decided to wait until he was gone. It was a good decision. When the crew changed, there was an incredible lady who helped me to have breakfast, and she managed to check me in much earlier. This is service that you would expect from the hospitality industry. She was great and went beyond what she might have needed to. A big thanks to her. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Nice room and facilities, and great breakfast. The dinner buffet was ok, but only because the options were not necessarily my taste. I could see that other guests were enjoying their meals. I would definitely consider going back to this place.
