"Clerk at check in seemed like she rather had been somewhere else. The 1st room we were put in, the deadbolt wouldn't lock. After notifying the clerk of the issue, she then put us in a 2nd room where you had to forcefully lift the door handle upward in order for the deadbolt to engage the strike plate. The clerk the next morning took the issue seriously and filled out a work order for maintenance to fix the deadbolts."
