"The hotel was dirty and run down, we arrived at 2am expecting a decent place to stay and it was horrible, but we had no choice, I tried to change hotels and they didn't want to cancel my other 2 night reservation. I tried with hotels.com they didn't want to do anything neither. We had no choice but to sleep in this place for 3 nights"
