Staff was very nice but the room wasn’t clean. stains on the sheets, hair on the floor, bathtub, and sheets. there was soap still all in tub & it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed at all, the nightstand had a thick layer of dust. We didn’t feel comfortable staying somewhere that was that dirty.

Room was clean and staff was great! Also, breakfast was great! Only draw back was heater thermostat didn't work right. I had to turn it off to not get too hot. Didn't work to turn down. I reported it, and they said they would look into it.

Property was clean and neat outside of the natural debris left behind from a storm. The staff was excellent and accommodating. I would stay here in the future. Pool is outdoor and not open yet when I stayed.

Staff was friendly and very easy to work with…our first room the toilet would not flush and the bathtub drain still had trash and hair in the drain and definitely smelled of smoke. Switched room and the new room smelled nice ac worked really well but the bathtub was still dirty with left over bathroom stuff from the last person and the ceiling above the bathtub was starting to mold.

Our room was dirty. The sheets had dirt on them, the top sheet was clearly not changed as it was covered in dog hair. The bathroom door doesn't close, has mold above the shower (due to lack of venting/fan), and the floor has literal crumbs, dirt and hair that could have easily been vacuumed up. The toilet paper holder is broken and only 2 towels were in the room. The air filter was dirty and the curtains have (recent) blood stains on them. We moved the chair from the corner and found old food (cheetos) and dirt under it as well. The chair is also covered in dog hair. The cleanest thing in this room is the freshly painted walls. If we wouldn't have booked a non-refundable room, we would not have stayed here. I don't recommend.

Check in was a breeze. We got a pet room on the second floor and it was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again if passing through.
