The rooms were clean, the breakfast was hot and plentiful, the staff went over the top to look after my needs, in spite of my asking for several requests. An adjustment was needed for the fan, and I needed help with understanding the thermostat and TV, and the hotel was prompt and efficient at solving all of my questions. I would definitely consider staying at the Hampton Inn if I was in Ottawa in future."

"Good room size. Clean hotel. Disappointed on arrival that I was put on the 2 floor with a dog because they had forgotten I was bringing one. I did have communication about the dog prior to the trip. It would have been much easier to take the dog out regularly. The only other thing that was minor but slightly sad is I asked if the breakfast had bacon and I was told they did have bacon each day. When I got down to the breakfast they only had sausage patties (which I don't eat). Again this was a small thing."
