Casa Ana Milena is an old renovated semi-detached stone house situated in the small village Zbandaj approximately 7 km from Porec.

The house is built in traditional Istrian style and was partially renovated in 2014. Enjoy the outdoors in a garden area of 70 sqm, where there is a private swimming pool (21 sqm) with sun loungers, a barbecue, an annex (small summer house) with fireplace (9 sqm), table and chairs for outdoor dining and a parking space for two cars.



Holiday house with swimming pool for 4-5 guests on two floors with a total living area of 80 sqm. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room with satellite TV and sofa bed for one, one shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
