Relaxing Beach Side House

  • Enjoy surfing, swimming and walks along a safe and child friendly beach located within meters of the front door.

    The house has two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the second has a king single bed with a pull out trundler. Warm and sunny open plan living with a heat pump/air conditioner and its own private deck surrounded by garden and trees.

    Within minutes to Porirua CBD, including Pataka museum, local cafes and more.

    Wellington CBD and the cook straight ferry is only a short 25 minute car ride away or the bus stop is right out front!

    Property located behind owners main house and comes with its own off street carpark.

Everything we wanted for our visit

We stayed for three weeks while visiting family nearby. The house was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. It is ideally placed, right near the beach and within easy reach of Porirua and surrounding area.

Bach at Titahi Bay

The property is relatively new, clean and tidy. So close to the beach yet nice and quiet. Friendly hosts. Good amenities. Some small ant issues while we were there but this is always going to be a problem in the North Island. Loved our stay catching up with friends and family.

Perfect respite in a wonderful home away from home

We loved our stay in this great home away from home. Everything was entirely consistent with the listing of the home on VRBO. The house was immaculate, quiet, and comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It was in a great location, steps away from Titahi Bay beach, and steps away from the bus stop with connections to Porirua Station and ultimately Wellington Station. Karen was a great host, very responsive to all questions. We’d happily stay there again if we make it back to the Wellington region!
