The property was very clean and tidy. The only downfall staying at this property was the music coming from the gym early in the morning.

In terms of location - perfect! I was there to watch netball at the arena and you couldn't ask for more! Walkable distance - check! Nearby cafes - check! Fantastic staff - check! The only hiccup was accessing the free parking (not obvious)... you need to park nearby first, and check-in to have a staff member show you free parking spaces - once you're in the know - perfect!

It was clean & comfortable. Check in closing at 5.00pm was a bit of hassle- had to wait in cold wind. We found the hotel hard to find.

I have no problem with this hotel, from when I first arrived until I left. The Duty Manager clearly explained what I needed to know. The cleaning staff were friendly & provided an excellent service which I really appreciated. The only downside was the early morning music from the adjoining gym, which I understand was being looked into.

Key card stopped working. If you are late there will be no hotel parking spot. Mattress is not firm. Not a family place. Gets crowded, because of f45 gym the sea gull bird

No clean towels provided on Saturday ( we arrived Friday arvo and left Sunday morning). Rubbish bin not emptied at all. The noise and street lights were so annoying!! Curtains provided no blockout. Got minimal sleep all weekend

The shades did not prevent bright lights from shopping area right outside windows. Kept waking up thinking it was daylight. Bed too soft and uncomfortable. People walking by playing loud music you could hear with windows closed, Good shower. Bathroom was tiny with no room for toiletries.
