The stay/location was great. The rooms were spacious. The staff didn’t clean the rooms or make the bed of change the used towels from the night before. After a full day of doing things and driving back to the hotel, we were greeted with an unclean stinking wet towel room that made the second night horrible.

There is an elevator, so mobility is a consideration, however no ADA rooms, and no shower stool. Room and amenities were good, however the mattress' were rock hard. Clean, friendly and almost right downtown. Parking was not an issue as the back lot was pretty empty, however the only accessible parking was limited and nowhere near the elevator.

The check-in staff, we’re very helpful. The room was moderately OK with the exception of the bathmat have been used as toilet paper and was freshly stained. When we let the front desk, staff know upon checkout, their response was you should’ve come down and let us know. But we were checking out. They were not helpful and they were not apologetic. The door deadbolt had been removed so we didn’t feel safe in the room.
