Un tour dans la Manche - A 500 m de la plage
In the commune of Denneville Plage, we offer this charming 85 m² house for rent, 500 metres from the beach, which can accommodate 6 to 8 people. It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a 650 m² garden! Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A bright 32 m² living room with a BZ sofa bed (sleeps 2), armchairs, coffee table and TV.
- Dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 650 m² private fenced garden
- A 40 m² south-west-facing terrace, arranged in an L-shape at the rear of the house, with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
- A 28 m² garage with storage space, laundry area (sink, washing machine, tumble dryer) and freezer. Possibility of storing bicycles.
The house is ideally located in Denneville Plage, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. There is a mini-market nearby, as well as a restaurant in season, and generally speaking, all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market in the centre of Portbail, 5 km away, or 2 km away in the centre of Denneville.
Activities :
- Portbail beach 7 km away (approx. 10 minutes by car): water sports activities.
- 15 minutes from Barneville Carteret (tourist town)
- D-Day landing beaches less than 45 minutes away
- Mont Saint-Michel 1h30 away by car
- Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg
- Visit to the English Isles (Jersey), Carteret lighthouse, Le Nez de Jobourg, La Tour de l'île Tatihou, le calvaire des dunes de Biville, L'Anse du Brick, la Maison du Biscuit...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (3 cars).

- Nearest train station: Valognes, about 33 km away (34 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen Carpiquet, about 113 km away (1h23 by car)
- We recommend that you use the car to make the most of your stay.
