Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. This gorgeous three bedroom, two full bathroom home is perfect for beach-goers. The home has tremendous ocean views and is just a short stroll away from sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and an expansive deck with plenty of seating and breathtaking views! The bedrooms are bright and spacious, each with their own unique style. The guest bedrooms each have a pair of queen beds to
accommodate everyone comfortably. One guest bedroom has an attached bathroom with a step in shower. The master bedroom is especially impressive, with an attached bathroom and private deck access, allowing you to take in the ocean air and sunsets. The home also has internet for entertainment you can stream shows on Roku, or take advantage of numerous streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and more. You can also stay connected to your family and friends with fast and reliable internet. Just enter the Wifi information and password. Have a blast with family and friends gathered around the picnic table while burgers, hotdogs, and your favorite specialties are cooking on the charcoal grill located downstairs. Don't forget the marshmallows because there is a fire pit that's perfect for roasting, toasting, and s'more making!`On top of this, you have easy beach access by a walk over bridge or golf cart path with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. 2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)

1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
