- We do not accept bookings of anyone under the age of 25.

- No schoolies, young groups, events or parties.

- Please leave the house in the same state that you find it, an extra cleaning fee may be given.

- Dishes are to be washed and food scraps put in the rubbish.

- We ask our guests to respectfully turn off lights and appliances before leaving the property during and after their stay.

- Shoes are to be taken off at the front door.

- No food or drink on the couches.

- Hot pots are to be put on the coasters that are supplied, not directly on the table. If burn marks are left on the table, you will be charged for a replacement.

- Check in time is from 3pm and check out time is strictly 10am.

- Please check in with the host if you would like an earlier or later check in/check out time.

- Please message host of your arrival and again on your exit, this helps organise the staff.

- NO SMOKING inside. If the smell of smoke is present in the house once guests have vacated extra charges will apply, please be mindful of this as this will not be tolerated lightly.

- Please be mindful of water being spilt on the floor as this can lead to accidental slips and damage to the property.

- We ask that you dispose of your rubbish appropriately, the red lid bin is for your general waste, purple lid is for glass, green lid is for food scraps and yard clippings and the yellow bin lid is for recyclable items.

- If damage does occur please message host and let them know, extra fees may occur.
