"We stayed the night before getting on our cruise. The front desk guy was SO kind & helpful. They got us set up for our cruise shuttle. Our room on the other hand was not clean. We had small bugs climbing on the desk & we found a sock that did not belong to us on the floor."

"Loved the aesthetics of this hotel veeeeeerrryyyy nice Hated that the rooms were so far from front desk with no elevators really so we had to pull luggage so far and we had so many. Regardless, 5 stars for the look and feel of the hotel"

"This hotel was nasty!! To start out, the bathroom door was locked when we arrived so had to get maintenance right away. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. There were crumbs on the nightstand, carpet was filthy, and hair and stains on the sheets. The bathroom (after it was unlocked) was so nasty… there was some type of lingering nasty smell, there was very obvious water damage to the tub, and the toilet was gross to the point my kids and I used it as little as possible! Will never stay...
