Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area frames sweeping views stretching toward Hayborough and Victor Harbor. Brick feature walls and tiled floors lend a hint of retro character, while the adjoining kitchen includes all you need for everyday cooking. Share casual meals at the dining table or unwind on the sofa as the afternoon light softens across the water. Outdoors, the private fenced courtyard offers space for BBQ dining, while the small front balcony provides an inviting spot to stand with your morning coffee with ocean views.

Downstairs, both bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and broad windows that draw in coastal light, while the second bedroom offers a single bed and a bunk bed—ideal for children or friends sharing the stay. A bathroom and laundry on this level add easy convenience, with washing machine access to the rear courtyard for drying beach towels after a swim.

With air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and covered parking provided, this beachside base keeps everything simple—just bring your beach towels and ease into Port Elliot’s unhurried rhythm.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee—please let us know at the time of booking if required.

This is a dual-level retreat with internal stairs.

Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. $300 bond payable just before your stay and will be held until check out then refunded once checked.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
