We arrived early during a red-eye flight and requested early check-in, if possible, so we can rest and catch some zzz's. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to stay and have breakfast while she looked for available rooms, which she later found. The room is nice, clean and spacious. The inn is conveniently located near a freeway exit though there are no nearby shops. Very nice customer service and we definitely recommend for anyone in the future.

Overall, I’d say my stay was okay, and the staff were very nice. The first room we got smelled musty and damp, so we requested another and were switched right away and did not have any issues with the other room. There was always someone at the desk, and they were friendly and helpful. The biggest disappointment was that the hot tub was out of order all weekend, which was a main reason I selected this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the shower/tub would not drain. Perhaps drains should be maintained or draino’d regularly, rather than wait until a guest has a bad experience before maintaining them. It would be much cheaper than losing business.

Excellent stay! The pool and hot tub was down for maintenance but that was not something we were looking to enjoy. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the hot breakfast was delicious and the options were more than we expected. The best part was the shower and how powerful the water pressure was! Very relaxing! Makes me jealous I don't have this at home.
