Quiet 3/2 Hideaway w/Pool Access

  • Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac of the SPI Golf Community – this cozy villa is your home away from home. This well-appointed townhome boasts a farmhouse style décor, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and inviting bedroom accommodations. Enjoy morning coffee from your furnished and screened patio. Remember to look out to the garden in the evenings as you enjoy your private hot tub. The sunsets are free.
    The space
    A welcoming hallway leads you to a comfortable living area with a couple of couches and a sitting chair. This space is equipped with a 65" SMART Tv and plenty of board games for you and your family. Each bedroom provides guests with comforter set, linens, extra pillows (both firm and soft), hamper, alarm clock, hangers, and quilt. Guestroom 3 has a Roku TV and the primary bedroom has a 55" SMART TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, dual coffee maker (ground/pod), assorted coffees & teas, dishes, pots/pans, and silverware. Each bathroom provides guests with towels, toiletries, and bathmats. Oh! and we didn't forget about pool towels -provided for you as well!
