Sea Breeze on the Pond- 16 GH

Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Golf Villa at the South Padre Island Golf Course. This Villa is a 3 bedroom ,2 bath with 2 car garage with 1,405 sq. ft duplex style unit. It has an screened in patio with view of pond , with outside furniture and a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Villa includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.

This Villa has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a flat screen 40" TV for group gathering or to seat around and watch family movies.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat screen 32" TV for nighttime viewing and the master bathroom comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed as well as the 3rd bedroom with a full bathroom in the hallway.

The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

We enjoyed the home. Would recommend the home to anyone visiting the area. It's is clean and very comfy. It's close enough to the beach. We will definitely book again in the future.

Perfect for a relaxing girl's trip. The community was very welcoming and friendly. The property was great the photos does the home no justice the whole vibe is breath taking.

Great location

Great place quiet neighborhood perfect weekend getaway. I did have issues with the door but property management came quickly and assisted with it.

Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was cool and thoroughly cleaned. View of pond on the patio was awesome 👌. Master bedroom was very big. 10 minute drive to the beach. Will book again if I return to SPI!

Upon arriving we couldn’t get in. After calling a few numbers someone answered. I explained we couldn’t get in. She said give her a few & she’d contact another lady. After a 9 hour drive with 2 toddlers, hot outside & the mosquitoes were awful and we’re waiting on someone to contact us. They sent us the wrong code. Home was extremely hot & didn’t cool off until the next morning. I ended up cleaning counters, kitchen table, master bathroom & swept floors. My kids socks & feet were black on the bottom from walking on the floors. I used my sheets, pillow cases & blanket in the master. The kitchen & bathroom cabinets doors are dirty. The carpet is dirty & had several stains. The tubs is gross & have soap scum & build up on the faucets.The shower curtain in the guest bathroom is disgusting & needs to be changed. The master bathroom shower had an old rusted rack hanging on the shower head. I had my husband put it in the patio. The bathroom toilet is very old, and the seat is broken. Bathrooms are outdated. Living room had ants on floor & sofa. I texted & she said she’ll have someone come & no one came. I sprayed but we didn’t relax on the sofa with the ants.There was an old SUV in the garage charging even though it says there’s a 2 car garage. I texted the lady about moving the SUV so my son didn’t have to unload in the pouring rain. She ignored my text. Neighborhood is dark. Porch & 1 light by garage was out. Unsafe @ night. Very Unhappy. Wish I could upload these photos.

First timers to the Island

I enjoyed my stay in Port Isabel for Mother’s Day weekend with my family! The view is amazing! The weather was perfection! The house was beautiful! I plan on returning back to the house for Father’s Day and plan on taking advantage of the pool next time around! The only downside of the stay was the mosquitoes were huge, annoying and liked to hang out in the house as well! But, that did not stop the enjoyment of our first family vacation! 😀

Fantastic!

It was a great stay! Beautiful HUGE home. Everything we needed for a family of 5 was there! Close to a less populated beach access. Will return as we travel to SPI several times a year!
