    This modern and stylish 2-bedroom unit is ideally located in the heart of Port Macquarie’s CBD, offering convenience and easy accessibility to everything you could need. Situated within walking distance to the stunning beaches and vibrant shops, this unit provides the perfect combination of urban living and coastal lifestyle.

    The property includes two bedrooms. The master bedroom, consisting of a Queen bed, is generously sized and offers a peaceful retreat with its cozy atmosphere and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds.

    The open planned living and dining room consists of floor to ceiling sliding doors providing an abundance of natural light streaming in. Allowing the layout to seamlessly connect the living and dining spaces creating a welcoming and relaxing ambiance.

    The unit also includes modern kitchen (oven not included), modern furniture, granite bench tops and underground security parking with entry height 1.9m max.

The location of the unit was perfect, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Was very comfortable and had all amenities.

For what we paid the property was ok, it suited our purposes and we booked with less than a week's notice. The view was good, the location was great (walking distance to shops, breakwall, restaurants etc). Dissapointed with the cleanliness of the apartment though (dirty dishes in the cupboard, lots of dust in the wardrobes), and only 2 pedastal fans to keep the apartment air moving (was very hot). On the other hand, the pool was freezing and not usable. Wouldn't stay again.

Great little apartment in a great location.

Hidden little gem this apartment us. Just back from the beach with walking distance to almost everything(beach, restaurants, supermarket, marina. 3rd floor apartment with large balcony and great views.

Great location & view over break wall

Great location central/walking distance to everything in town ... great lookout over the break wall to the ocean Unfortunately the unit presents dirty with lack of preparation before arrival & regular maintenance (tiles missing from walls)

Perfect location and view

The queen mattress was uncomfortable and there were no sheets or towels available to use. Which we weren’t informed of. But overall a great space to spend some time in Port. Thanks

Reviewer Comments: Location was fantastic, however before enjoying our stay we needed to clean a number of cups and crockery first as they were left in a poor state. Unfortunately we also could not access the main balcony as we were not given the key. After contacting Lifestyle they also had no key so we were left confused as how any previous holiday stayers accessed the area. So unfortunately one of the main attractions that drew us to the unit we could not utilise. Plenty of great restaurants are all in walking distance and although there were a couple of hiccups we enjoyed our overall stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodation was comfortable if somewhat old. Plumbing needs attention. The car park is difficult to negotiate but we were warned about this. Location and view can’t be beaten. But.....our experience was spoiled by our MasterCard being debited $122.52 a day after we’d paid the full price for the stay. The explanation given was that it was commission we had to pay to . Never had to pay this before and am pursuing with as Elders are adamant the charge is correct. The initial response from was that they didn’t charge commission to guests, unfortunately it’s difficult to communicate with them but will continue to pursue.

Little Piece of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Tasman Towers. Had a great view and although the unit was older it was functional. Could do with a few new outdoor chairs to make it more comfortable as one was broken and the other had sand ingrained in the cushion of the chair itself which I doubt will ever come out. Furnishing wise it was all good and I slept so well, but our kids didn't sleep as well in the spare room as there was no fan or air con in there. The parking was quite tight but at least we had parking undercover.. We will definitely be back to Tasman Towers!

Annual port holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit no 9 Tasman Towers is in a great position and has great full sun pool. The unit is old but clean could do with a couple of upgrades being the lounge and tv replaced with a smart tv. Air conditioning was a plus. No oven so an air fryer would also be good to have. Sliding doors need new rollers and flyscreens are no existent. Just a few little things which would improve this great little unit.

Tasman Towers unit 5

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this unit a few times now and it really needs a good spring clean. The three sliding doors need new rollers but apparently it’s a strata maintenance to get this done. Also a new smart tv with the relevant apps would be a wonderful asset. Everything I have mentioned are all tax deductible so shouldn’t be an issue. Hopefully next year will have all completed.
