"Our stay at Radisson Gauthier was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm service, attention to detail, and overall quality of the experience. The rooms were well prepared and thoughtfully equipped, and the staff were helpful, professional, and responsive throughout our stay. Everything was handled smoothly, and we appreciated the care taken to ensure that we were comfortable. Having also stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel, Casablanca City Center, we noticed a significant difference in service and attention to detail. Radisson Gauthier provided the high standard we expected and delivered a much more enjoyable and satisfying experience. We would be happy to stay there again and would gladly recommend it to others."

"The staff were helpful, especially in assisting in hiring an early morning transfer to the airport. Unfortunately due to our early departure (6am), we were unable to enjoy a second day’s breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However we did not know until it was too late that the mini-bar items had a cost, and we paid unexpectedly for 2 juices. I would have appreciated a “big sign” on the mini-bar listing the costs of the items. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay."

"I made the reservation for my wife and her niece. The staff was very helpful and put me at ease when my wife told me how helpful they were. Although the property was being renovated (that's why I gave it 4 of 5 stars) but the room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location and would recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca."

"We were very grateful for the gentleman on the reception desk who waited till after 12AM to allow us to check (we have booked at 11:54pm). The room was great with a big bathroom, it had a lovely view of the city, unfortunately there was a mould/damp smell in room 703. The Air Con was not effective when we walked into the room, the hotel sent up an engineer within 5 minutes and he fixed the system. The rooms have different layouts, we would suggest they re-think the layout for rooms where they have the toilet in a separate space to the bathroom. All of the staff in the breakfast area were lovely, their service was second to none, the waiters treated all of our family with respect and made the kids feel so special. They have a varied breakfast spread and you have hot food made to order which was yummy (order the Khliaa omelette if you choose this hotel). Their Morrocan Tea served at breakfast is a real experience. Unfortunately I found a paperclip in my sausage, the breakfast staff were extremely apologetic and no harm done. My Khalil who greets the guests was very nice, everyone was very helpful. I would just make one suggestion and ask the hotel to train the females on reception as they were not welcoming and hesitated to help guests (this is not what you expect from a 5* hotel). The Spa staff were fabulous, Salima did our massage and she was wonderful. Their steam room is the best one I have seen ever. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and Hanaane is amazing!"
