"I travel to Port Angeles about once a week for work and have stayed at quite a few hotels in the area. The Flagstone has definitely become my favorite. The rooms are always clean and well maintained, and I really like the warm flooring instead of carpet. The hot water is always HOT, which is great after a long day of work! What really stands out to me is the staff. The front desk staff are always friendly, kind, and welcoming. Great service makes a big difference when you stay somewhere regularly. I highly recommend the Flagstone. It’s my go-to place when I’m in Port Angeles, and I’ll definitely continue staying here."

"The house is very grand , full of old world charm , spacious with lots of antique furniture which works well with the house, the kitchen is modern snd well equipped. The outside space is lovely . However our first night was horrendous, a very noisy vented heating system kicked in around 11 and went on and off every 5 mins all night until we eventfully figured out how to turn it off . I definitely would not stay here if the heating up stairs was needed . The down stairs heating was quiet and excellent . My wife is a light sleeper and despite there being no road directly out side of the house the road that runs past the harbour can be heard . For this reason we moved into the smaller back bedroom which was quieter once we could switch the very noisy heating off but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on , one of those where you roll into the middle . The bed in the large room was lovely . This meant that for the rest of the holiday we had to sleep in separate rooms as it was impossible to share the bed in the quieter room . Such a shame as we liked everything else ."

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly what we needed for our family and made for a great home base for our trip. Everything was clean, comfortable, and as described, and the location was fantastic. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
