Small, comfortable, functional and - fantastic lake view

"Wir haben ein Wochenende in der Unterkunft verbracht. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles sauber. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich schön! Die Lage ist auch super, um die Altstadt und Umgebung zu erkunden und auch ohne Auto alles gut möglich! Leider wird auf der Website (fewo) 11Uhr als Check-Out Zeitpunkt angegeben, was sich nach einem Gespräch mit dem sehr freundlichen Reinigungspersonal und dem Aushang im Haus als falsch herausstellte. Unser Abreisemorgen gestaltete sich daher leider stressiger als nötig, was den Eindruck etwas trübte. Außerdem wurde die Schlafmöglichkeit leider nur für 2 Personen vorbereitet, obwohl wir explizit für 3 Personen buchten. Alles in allem also eine schöne Unterkunft, die durch etwas mehr Service seitens der Vermietung noch deutlich aufgewertet werden könnte!"

"Die Unterkunft liegt in guter Lage und die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Es ist grundsätzlich alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben. Der Check-in-Prozess war unnötig kompliziert. Vom Gastgeber wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir die Schlüssel und Kurkarten bei einer Reinigungsfirma abholen können. Als wir pünktlich um 16 Uhr dort ankamen, war die Firma jedoch geschlossen. Erst nach mehreren Anrufversuchen wurden wir zurückgerufen und darüber informiert, dass sich ein Schlüsselsafe an der Tür befindet und wir diesen nutzen sollen. Die Kurkarten wurden uns anschließend per WhatsApp zugesandt. Hier wäre eine klare und frühzeitige Kommunikation wünschenswert gewesen.Auch die Terrasse machte leider keinen gepflegten Eindruck, da sie stark von Unkraut überwuchert war. Zudem hätte ein Sonnenschirm den Aufenthalt im Außenbereich deutlich angenehmer gemacht.Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt war die Lüftungsanlage, die dauerhaft lief und nicht reguliert werden konnte. Da sich die Lüftungsschlitze direkt über dem Kopfende der Betten befinden, war das Einschlafen teilweise schwierig.Beim Check-out fehlten uns außerdem Informationen dazu, ob die Schlüssel abgegeben werden müssen oder in der Wohnung verbleiben sollen. Ein kurzer Hinweis hierzu würde Missverständnisse vermeiden.Zudem konnte der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer nicht genutzt werden, da die entsprechende Fernbedienung fehlte."

"Lovely area, peaceful and lots of walking opportunities. Easy to get to by local transport, bus or train. Walking into binz for restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach stretching for miles. Great sand and not busy. But for us in may the water temperature was cold. Hotel apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. Check in at 4pm, so pretty late however they keep your luggage for you. You have to pay three days tax for staying two nights, never had that before. And it's 10 euros to use the pool. Overall a good place."
