Older style rooms, but very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good location with a bistro within walking distance for additional food options, music and pokies. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely welcome on arrival. Complimentary wine, chips, chocolate and water on arrival. Lovely outdoor area by pool for dining alfresco. Menu looked very nice and though we didn't use the restaurant it was very busy so must be good. Recommend to all travelling to Port Pirie.

The room overall was clean and the parking outside the room was good. The staff at reception were friendly. The bed was pretty ok but the shower head while having good coverage and water pressure decided to spin around during the shower on several occasions drenching the bathroom. I had to wipe the walls and leave the heating on to dry it on checkout. The room would have benefitted from a toaster and some crockery, but the complimentary water and chocolate was appreciated. Overall, a good motel and I would stay again.

Good accommodation without air conditioning

The room is a tradition one with carpet. The room is spacious with very good bathing facilities. The car parked outside the room which is super convenient. However, the air-conditioning is not working.

Wow! Outstanding winner of our best motel award. Friendly welcome and check-in ready. The newly installed units were amazing, extremely well appointed, warm and comfortable. We are certain that they would be as welcoming in hot weather. Great view across to the Flinders Ranges, and a first-class bathroom were the most significant aspects of our stay. Only a few of the 80 or so units have the view, as it is a single level motel. The only disappointment was that they do not provide a hot breakfast, in room or as a buffet, but provide an optional “boxed lunch”. Nonetheless it is difficult to fault. Recommend as good value.

Breakfree Port Pirie would have to be the best comfort stay of our trip (10,000 kms) from check in to clean amenities, comfy bed and fluffy towels in our room and the welcome gift was a nice touch. Highly recommend a stay here - it provides all one needs, thank you.
