This home is located in the Secluded Dunes neighborhood of Port St. Joe, Florida, situated on North Cape San Blas. This gated luxury community offers residents a tranquil and private environment, with properties often featuring direct Gulf frontage and elevated positions providing panoramic water views. The area is known for its pristine white sandy beaches and proximity to natural attractions like St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, which offers opportunities for boating, fishing, and wildlife observation. Things to note:
- If you would like the hot tub to be heated, it is a $50 per night fee. If you would like the hot tub AND pool heated, it is a $125 per night fee that will be charged separate from your initial booking. Please inform us after booking if this is something you would like!
- You will receive your door code via digital welcome guide approximately 3 days prior to check-in.
-To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
