Cape San Blas offers a taste of “Old Florida”: quiet dog friendly beaches, a bay abundant with sea life and plenty of southern hospitality. You will find fresh gulf shrimp and seafood just down the street. Visit one of our local restaurants or stay in all week and never leave the beach… it’s up to you!

Dolphin Lookout boasts an expansive gulf front view, private, heated (for a fee) pool, hot tub, tons of deck space and many other premium amenities. The extensive list of features on this home pushes it into the category of a “private resort”. Your well-behaved furry friends are welcome!

*The ground level offers plenty of parking, covered carport, propane grill, fenced pool area, back yard lawn and private boardwalk to the beach.
*The second level includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, a queen bedroom, bunk room, full bath. The large, screened deck offers plenty of seating with a large gathering space.

*The third level hosts the gulf side master king suite which includes a large executive office space for those that must work while on vacation! The master bathroom includes a real steam shower sauna and custom air bubble bath with “chromatherapy” light. Also on this level is a king bedroom suite, laundry area and a reading nook.

We had a wonderful time with family at Dolphin Lookout! The location is amazing...quiet and beautiful. The home has everything you need to be very comfortable, even while making Thanksgiving dinner in someone else's kitchen. Being able to see the sunrise and sunset from the deck was incredible! My husband and I and our 2 pups thoroughly enjoyed our stay celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect, from the fresh flowers when we arrived, to the gorgeous kitchen, upstairs master bath, and all the decor throughout. The heated pool was fantastic! We had the best week at Dolphin Lookout! The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need during our week stay. We loved the pool and two beach front decks. My husband was extremely happy with the grill and its location by the pool and a beach view. So glad we were able to include our two dogs on our vacation also.

We had a great week at Dolphin Lookout. Loved the flowers and note on arrival. We had some minor maintenance issues and the staff were very responsive and so great to work with. The screened porch was great for sitting out in the evenings. Our family loved the pool and hot tub. We loved this area and plan to come back again soon. Again thanks for everything!

We have never stayed in the Port St Joe area and will absolutely be back. We came during spring break week and the beach is never crowded...just small groups of those staying at the houses nearby. So grateful I was able to bring my two Frenchies with us. They loved the dog friendly beach. Our teenagers even had fun which is high praise.

We stayed at Dolphin Lookout for ten days and never had any problems. The house was in terrific condition. The kitchen has everything you need and more. When it felt too hot at the beach, we enjoyed the pool. Hot tub was great for evenings under the stars. We would stay again and recommend.

Beautiful home and location! We had a peaceful, relaxing week. The weather was perfect, the pool was a Godsend for my mom! The beach was perfect as well, short walk to and from,. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the living room furniture, it is not very comfortable. Other than that, I would definitely look forward to returning to this beautiful getaway!!!

We had a lovely time. The home was so wonderful and had everything we needed. Enjoyed time at beach, pool, hot tub, riding bikes, horse back riding with "Broke a toe," ate at Joe Mamas (twice ;-)) and Krazy Fish. Mostly cooked using the great kitchen and grill. The supplemental pool heat was great. Best vacation we have had in a while. Thank you so much.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked with double oven, crock pot, toaster oven, mixer, decent knives, and plenty of cookware. However, the living room furniture was extremely old and uncomfortable. The master bed was extremely soft/worn out and the 3rd floor queen mattress was also not in great condition.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was so innervating to wake up each morning and view the gulf waiting for us! We had the beach to ourselves and as we sat and chilled under our umbrellas - the only sounds we heard were the wind and the waves! Treat yourself to this location - you won’t regret it!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for large family group. Nicely decorated, organized and well stocked. The view was amazing. The pool and hot tub were especially enjoyable for the kids and the temp was warm allowing them to swim in December. We love that this property was pet friendly allowing us to bring our dog to the beach for the first time. All questions and needs were addressed immediately. Donna from Be Our Guest is professional and very responsive. Little touches were special like a small Xmas tree since we arrived on Xmas day. Would love to stay here again .

This property looks exactly like pictures online! Perfect location, distance to Cape and Port St Joe restaurants is not too far. Beach towels available and heated pool were added bonuses. A quick fix to the ice maker on fridge was was immediately taken care of when we notified host. The only recommendation I would provide would be to improve WiFi strength to allow all guests equal tv access, the signal didn’t allow viewing in guest bedrooms. The living room and master were fine, all others we couldn’t access. We had poor weather two days and this would have been helpful. Overall it was a lovely trip and great place to stay with family and our pup. Thank you for sharing your home!

Loved the house but the 3 flights of stairs got old real quick. The master suite was incredible, but guest were uncomfortable going through bedroom to get to the hot tub. Be warned there is a lot of construction going on around the house and it is very noisy from early morning through evening, 7 days a week. It's a long walk down the boardwalk and then over the sand dunes, so you get quite the workout lugging all your beach supplies to the beach and back. The beach is beautiful but beware cars drive back and forth in front of you all day. With all that said I gave the rating of 5 stars, the house was well equipped and beautiful.

Was great being on a beachfront property in Cape San Blas. The neighborhood was quiet, convenient and naturally pretty. The house was well appointed and taken care of. Our only issue was the beach area. Depending on the weather and tide movement, the water was sometimes muddy or green and we ended up going to a beach at the end of the cape which was much more like a Destin water quality. The next day, this situation inverted and the water at the house was much clearer than down at the end of the cape. We very much enjoyed the vibe of the area and the quantness of the cape, we will be coming back. Thx

The house and location were amazing! We have never been to this area, and we are coming back. Way less crowded than where we usually go. You have your own walk way to the beach where you might see another family or 2. That is it! The house had EVERYTHING you needed. It was perfect for even our 3 yr old and 3 month old. The house had toys in a closet for our 3 yr old to play. The pool made it perfect to come off the beach and relax and play. If I had a questions, the Be Our Guest were quick to call or respond to an email. Loved this house! Will be back again.
