The main floor invites you to unwind with a pristine kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, and a pool table. Step outside to the porch featuring a gas/charcoal grill—ideal for Florida sunshine cookouts.

-Golf cart on property is FREE for your use. We will require driver's license, proof of insurance and a Golf Cart Liability form to be filled out prior to arrival. Please let us know if you would like to use the golf cart.
-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+TAX will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout
-Please note that there is still some new construction taking place in the neighborhood, but it should not disturb your stay.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
-You will receive a comprehensive digital guide before arrival with everything needed for a smooth stay.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

Wonderful home with beautiful modern decor and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the bikes and biking to the cute mercantile and ice cream shop.

Weekend at Windmark

House was perfect for our long weekend getaway with family. Clean house with plenty of room to accommodate everyones sleeping arrangements. We enjoyed the pool table, golf cart, bikes, community pool and quick access to the beach. Will definitely be back!

Great Stay

We were in town for a family reunion, and this property was perfect for my immediate family to stay and relax. Everyone had space to stretch out without being on top of each other, and the house had everything we needed. The communty was great and a short distance from the beach, ice cream shop and other ammenities. The golf cart was a wonderful plus. Would definitely recommend this property and community.

Very nice vacation house!

Great property at Windmark Beach

This is a large house with plenty of room for a family or a group get-together. The location is terrific, just a short trip to the beach or pool. Windmark Beach is a newish development by D R Horton homebuilders. There is small retail district with a market and a couple restaurants at this time. Plenty of private beach access. Conveniently located between Port St Joe and Mexico beach, both with plenty of dining choices. We will be back for sure.

Cozy clam

Was looking forward to our first family beach trip so much when we arrived, Cleaning lady was there so we said we would come back later, do everything you normally do. We came back to a clean upstairs and filthy downstairs! Had to spend an hour sweeping, cleaning bathroom, etc. not enough towels supplied, mgt is checking on that with the crew so shouldn’t be a problem again! House is a cozy home as described
