This home occupies a narrow stretch of dune separating the Gulf of Mexico and the St Joseph Bay. You can set your chair up to watch the sunrise in the morning and turn it 180 degrees to see the surf and sunset in the evening. This beach home stands out for its simple single level “raised ranch” style living. The surf greets you on arrival and the calm, soothing décor instills a feeling that “It is Well”.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and bath. Second bedroom has two full beds with a private bath. The tranquil master suite has a king bed, large his/her closets, walk in shower and a double vanity with quartz countertops. There is a large open area for dining, games or just enjoying the views. In the living room you will find two full couches and two comfy chairs. The kitchen is uniquely designed with a beautiful tile backsplash, floating shelves and quartz countertops.

Stepping out to the deck, the L-shaped composite deck captures all the mesmerizing gulf views and even the bay! This deck has poly-wood south beach bar chairs for each guest to sit high and take in all the scenery. No deck railing blocking these views! The ground level provides ample storage for all your items needed for the beach. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and cool down. Plenty of covered parking is provided and there is also a space for your large fishing boat. It’s a rare find to have a covered parking area that will house a large boat this close to the beach!
