Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with its own ceiling fan and TV, giving everyone a private oasis to wind down.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great home!

We really enjoyed staying at Sweet & Salty! Very clean, spacious, well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils and bathroom amenities as well. The open concept is perfect for families to share memories and the beds are very comfy!

Very roomy for a big group as it boasts 4 bedrooms. Not a lot of space for vehicles to easily park and you cannot park on the street. Nicely furnished and close to PSJ. Beach access, boardwalk and pool are nice amenities.

Sweet stay @Sweet N Salty!

From the moment we walked in we knew we had arrrived in paradise. This is a lovely, spacious and well maintained home. It’s close enough to shopping and dining but still allows for a peaceful, relaxing vacation only steps away from the unspoiled beach. We found everything we needed to keep everyone in our party thrilled with our trip! Thank you- we hope to be back one day😀

The WindMark Community was very nice. It was a cute little setup with pretty much all of the basics. The private beaches were quiet, clean & not crowded. The home was very basic. Missing basic amenities I would have expected, especially for the price point, community & typical length of stay. The cleanliness was lacking as well. It’s definitely surface cleaned but not kept super clean otherwise. We would stay in the community again, just probably not the home.

Great vacation home

We had a wonderful time staying at Sweet & Salty. It’s the perfect size for our crew which was 6 adults, a teenage girl, and a tween girl. The beds were comfy and, with the home’s location, it’s very quiet. The neighborhood pool is nice but get there early to get chairs. I do suggest more bath towels and putting fans in the three bedrooms to help keep it cool. Also it’d be nice to have access to the golf cart in the garage. Everyone we encountered who were vacationing said their golf cart was included in their rental fee. This was our first trip to the area so we weren’t well versed on what to expect. For those who were like us, the beach that’s in walking distance isn’t exactly where people set up to hang out but we visited the cape, Mexico Beach, and PCB. The state park at the cape has a beautiful beach and pool that’s accessible as well.

Very Nice

Nice home located in residential neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. Nice sandy beach was not crowded at all. A short drive to pool, small store and bar in the complex. Live entertainment on Sat night with nice outdoor space. Just seven minutes to downtown Port St. Joe. Cute shops and nice restaurants to choose from. Some closed on Sunday and Monday. Very much enjoyed a quiet getaway.

House was spotless and extra roomy for our family of 4. (2 grown children) large master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and 3 other bedrooms that share another full bath, there is a powder room as well. Beautiful pool in downtown area and easy access to the white sand beach. Location is great, short drive to Apalachicola, St. George Island and Cape San Blas. Owner has left a list of places to visit and recommended restaurants, all were wonderful. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommend. Sweet N Salty was a much needed tropical getaway.

A great house that is so comfortable for multiple families or 4 couples. The beds are great and the space is great. Consider renting a golf cart or bikes because the pool is far from the house. Would rent it again!

Beautiful- looks exactly like the listing!

Feels new and clean. Spacious and great for groups! Be aware that while there is a lot of cookware, utensils and glassware there is no oil, salt/pepper, etc. It is an easy 3 minute walk to the public beach access across the street too!

Great long weekend!

The property was perfect. It was brand new and well stocked. The open concept, 2.5 bathrooms, screened porch quiet location were perfect for our multigenerational family. Area restaurants are crowded with long waits so we enjoyed cooking on property.
