  • A charming 3 BR, 2 1/2 bath Townhome SETPS FROM THE SAND! No roads to cross to get to the beach. (No crossing Hwy 98!) Beachside not "Beachfront." (park in front of your townhome and walk 5 min to the beach). Just a block away from The Mexico Beach Canal with boat access for fishing and shell collecting. walk to shops and restaurants, market. Beautiful Sunset view from master balcony in the fall! The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs along with a gulf view deck. Additional sleeping accomodations (two double size futons) downstairs and an additional half bath. Two parking spaces for a boat or 2 vehicles. WiFi, 65" Smart TV with a Hulu, Netflix etc. Use your own logins to your fav streaming apps. TVs in the master and the queen bedroom. Fenced patio with grill, brand new firetable and extra dining/seating. Washer & dryer in full laundry room, outdoor hot/cold shower, fully furnished kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, beach games and toys and beach wagon provided. The property was clean and it looked exactly like the photos. The bathrooms were nice as well as the bedrooms. We had access to restaurants and stores not too far from the vrbo, and the beach was walking distance. I would recommend taking your shoes off at the door so you don't track sand into the house!

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful stay with great beach access. Have a Brewery and eateries with in walking distance. Absolutely would book again!

Mexico Beach

Had a great time. Location was just a short walk to beach. Enjoyed the condo, good layout and plenty of room for four people.

Everything was fine, as we expected. Great location, not overcrowded. Our only complaint was the twin bunk beds were not comfortable to sleep in for adults. The host was quick to answer our questions when we failed to get the welcome guide. Possibly because of our late booking. We would certainly consider staying here again.

The home was clean and met our needs for the weekend, but we experienced several frustrations during our stay. We were unable to enter upon arrival because the entry code provided was incorrect, requiring multiple calls to Angela before we could access the property.We also had difficulty locating towels, bedding, and toilet paper. Some of the towels and bedding were still wet in the dryer, and we were informed that only a starter supply of toilet paper is provided, with guests expected to purchase additional supplies themselves.While the house was otherwise fine, we were disappointed by the lack of basic amenities and preparation. We've stayed in many VRBO properties and have never encountered this level of inconvenience. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Wonderful spring break

Great townhome between the Highway and beach. Exactly as described. A short walk to the beach without having to cross the street. Had everything we needed.

The house was amazing! If you have a large group with children this is IT!! Even without children this is IT! Even with younger adults & older adults.. THIS IS IT!!!She went above & beyond for me with the booking process since I’d never used an app like this before I felt lost. Checking in was a breeze & she quickly communicated with me about possibly checking in early. The house was clean & fresh. The gas grill had gas & so did the gas fire pit. There were extra toys & beach items for us to use. The beach cart was a clutch for the walk out. Our longer term neighbors were so lovely to have as well.Close enough to a big gift shop & forgotten coast brewery & shell shack which has amazingly priced gift items, bait & even fresh seafood to buy or shrimp they’ll steam for you to go. Great linens!!!! Towels sheets bedding etc. even an couple extra towels for beach. Games for the family! So fun and nice. You don’t need to bring much to this house to have an amazing time. A beautiful balcony. 100 out of 10. We cannot wait to book again

Nice &Cozy

Well the pictures online do it no justice. The place is bigger and comfortable. The set up is nice. The owner was awesome! I had an issue prior to comi g and she was very helpful. Some minor things in the home we found but she was very understable and communicates directly. I definitely will stay here again!

Cute and convenient

The house was nice and just a short walk to the beach. The beach cart provided was a lifesaver. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The beach was nice and not overcrowded. The only thing would be better if there was a TV in the bunkbed room for kids on beach day breaks.. Also, would be better if there was some channels on the TV because if you don’t have your own streaming service, you wouldn’t be able to watch anything and that wasn’t disclosed until after I booked the trip. Altogether, It was a good place to take a break from the heat. Fo For the price you couldn’t beat the location .

Wonder stay !

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very clean when we arrived. There were a few things that we found but I did let the host know about them. Nothing that would keep me from staying again. The walk wasn’t too far. I would suggest if your older not to make the walk though. Rent you a golf cart if possible. For the young it was good. I wouldn’t plan on having more than 2 vehicle's as there is construction going on and you cannot park additional cars or trailers. Overall we had a good time and would stay again.

Not on the sand

I thought I was renting a beach front condo. It is 2 blocks off the beach. It is on the beach side of Hwy 98, how ever the only beach view is in the far distance from the second floor balcony. My search was specifically and only for BEACH FRONT, so don't know how this showed up. Very disappointed in location. Unit was very clean and neat. Only issue with actual unit is it is listed as a 3 bedroom. It is actually a two bedroom with a trundle bed in a closet sized room. As a licensed real estate agent I was taught the requirements for a bedroom includes a closet... no closet, no window, just barely big enough to pull out the trundle bed.

The host was very communicative!! The property was very clean and roomy. The charcoal grill has seen better days but that didn’t change our opinion about the property. We would stay here again!!
