"This hotel was excellent in every way. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Rooms were tidy and clean, no complaints here. I would definitely return."

"Great hotel if you’re traveling with a family. We were five people. Has 2 bedrooms and a third small annex off the living room. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was well kept; however, the rooms were oddly configured and had limited space for storing personal items (i.e., no bureaus, very small closets, and no vanity space in some of the bathrooms). The daily snacks were a nice touch and delicious. We traveled with a 9 yr old, and options for children at the hotel were very limited. There are restrictions on pool usage for children which was not advertised. The staff were hit or miss. Restaurant staff were knowledgeable and friendly; however, the front desk staff appeared annoyed when we asked for recommendations and were limited in options they did recommend. The exception to this was Vicente and one other woman (we didn’t get her name, but she had a lip piercing). Those two were extremely helpful and kind. Overall, the hotel was conveniently located and a good option for couples. It really should be advertised as an adult’s only option. "

"The staff were wonderful and were able to accommodate us into our room early. The location is in the center of historic city centre and walking distance to most city attractions. The breakfast buffet was small but had most items needed to give a good start for the day."
