Any consumption that exceeds this considered normal use will have to be paid by the guest to the agency.- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.- Note that there is a municipal tax - Tourist Tax:Between the dates of 1 November and 31 March – EUR 1 per person, per night, not included in the total value and which must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age.
