The Space:

This booking includes the two upstairs bedrooms closest to the staircase, each with one queen bed, plus the common living areas and both bathrooms. The third, farthest bedroom is not included. The living-room sofa is seating only for this configuration and is not a listed bed. The upstairs full bathroom has a tub/shower, and a half bathroom is on the main floor. No other guests share the booked interior. A back deck with a bench is available; a table-and-chair set is not provided. The detached studio beyond the deck is outside the reservation and may not be entered.



Guest Access:

This booking includes the two bedrooms closest to the staircase; the third, farthest bedroom is not included. Use the primary front door and the current reservation Door code from your secure guest portal on the black Schlage keypad. Former front and rear lockboxes are not the guest-entry method and do not contain a guest key. If the code fails, wake the keypad and retry once, then use Swipe to Unlock in the portal or message us. The driveway, booked main-house areas, and back deck are included; the garage and detached studio are not.



The Neighborhood:

The home is near Portland's Alberta Arts District, with restaurants, cafes, shops, and galleries in the surrounding area. Street activity and travel times vary.



Getting Around:

Walking, biking, rideshare, driving, and public transit are available in Northeast Portland. Check current routes and schedules rather than relying on a fixed travel-time estimate.
