Jayden at check in was awesome! It makes all the difference in the world to be greeted with such warmth and friendliness after a brutally long day of traveling. And the room was excellent. Very clean and had everything we needed. We were in Portland to work an event, and will be booking again next year.

Everything was pretty good, the door to our room could have easily been broken into and there was no way to lock it from anyone to get in except the card lock but that wasn’t promising

My husband was worried a little about crime in the area, because Portland has a homeless problem. I felt totally ok when we got there and staff told me the safest place to park. I think the man’s name was Abraham? He was so sweet and helpful and I felt so welcomed after a long drive. Room was spacious and clean and suited us well. Great place to stay!
