• You must take approx. 4 stair-steps to reach the apartment from an exterior entrance behind the building

• This apartment is located in a multi-unit building, so occasional noise from other tenants may be heard.

• The unit faces a lively, central street—an unbeatable location, but some ambient city noise is possible.

• There is no dedicated parking, but metered street parking is available all around. Meters accept cards and you can also use the Parking Kitty app.

• There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but a laundromat is just a short walk away.

Really well kept space in a super cool part of town, hosts were super communicative and helpful, and even had tons of patience for an embarrassing miscommunication on my end . Totally worth it!
