Short Stay in Porto Alegre

This hotel was just what we needed. Comfortable and near the bus station. A little dated but definitely value for the price. Better wifi in the rooms would be my only suggestion. Thanks for the stay!

In front to bus station it’s easy. But it’s dangerous. The hotel needs a good repair. But the breakfast is great. The breakfast is the better thing in the hotel.

Hotel sem manutenção, tivemos que trocar de quarto por que o banheiro estava com vazamento, as tomadas não tinha suporte, ou seja os fios estavam soltos, corroendo risco de choque. Quando nos trocaram de quarto, o chuveiro não aquecia e o teto o gesso estava caindo,a localização e os funcionários maravilhosa, mas o resto é péssimo

Hotel Bom, Cafe achei um pouco fraco, só tinha 2 opções de frutas, Banana e Mamão, e o Ar condicionado dos quartos ainda sao antigos e o do quarto que fiquei parecia um trator de tao barulhento, precisam trocar por splinters urgente, pois atrapalha o sono do hospede.

O ckek in, a moça não foi nada acolhedora. O carro cheira muito a mofo, cobertas com cheiro ruim, chuveiro ruim, elevadores bem estranhos, não chegavam no andar e desciam de novo, fazendo c que nos atrasassemos para o curso. Mas o almoço é maravilhoso!

Hotel muito antigo, quarto frio e com manchas de bolor no teto, chuveiro com aspecto de sujo, falta pelo menos água nos quartos, muito precário as redondezas do hotel é bem feia e perigosa com muito moradores de rua e usuários de drogas.

Não havia frigobar no quarto, o box do chuveiro coberto de mofo, móveis e carpete dilapidados, sem wi-fi no quarto. A cama estava ok, mas uma das lâmpadas de cabeceira não funcionou, ar condicionado muito barulhento. Falta de trança extra na porta. Dito isso, o staff foi atencioso e o café da manhã bom. Mas não recomendo.

Não recomendo.

Pessoal, infelizmente, a experiência no hotel não foi agradável. Ao chegarmos no quarto, encontramos diversos itens quebrados. O banheiro apresentava um chuveiro pingando, como se tivesse sido usado recentemente, além de estar com condições de limpeza insatisfatórias, inclusive pedimos para trocar de quarto porque estávamos bem insatisfeitos no que nos colocaram. O hotel é consideravelmente antigo e as instalações necessitam de manutenção urgente; os corredores, por exemplo, têm luzes piscando, o que cria uma atmosfera desconfortável, parecendo um filme de terro. Além disso, o atendimento das atendentes foi bem desnecessário, pois nos atenderam de forma rude. Por outro lado, vale destacar que o café da manhã era excelente e o senhorzinho que atendia no restaurante foi muito simpático e atencioso.
