The vacation apartment is located on the second floor of a villa with a large entrance and a large garden equipped with relaxation areas and covered space where you can park your car. The exteriors on the ground floor are shared with the owners of the villa.
The apartment Bliss Attico Fronte Mare is on the second floor, reached by stairs. A spacious veranda allows you to lunch, dine and relax outdoors, enjoying beautiful sea views.
The rooms are cozy, furnished with simplicity. The living area consists of a living room with dining room, chairs, 1 sofa bed, TV and a kitchenette.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with TV and air conditioner, the other with air conditioner, sea view window and en suite shower room.
The apartment is semi-independent, as there is a closed door separating it from the one below.

Bliss Attico Fronte Mare stands on the upper floor of a beachfront villa in Punta Prosciutto, a resort on the Porto Cesareo coastline famous for its beautiful beaches, dunes rich in Mediterranean essences, and crystal clear sea.
The beach, both free and with equipped private lidos, is right below the house. The center of Torre Lapillo, with all the most important services, is only 7 km away. The resort of Torre Colimena, just 3 km away, is also very close.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
