Access to the apartment located on the upper floor is in a small outdoor area, from which stairs depart.
The interiors consist of: large living room with 1 single sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, sleeping area with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a single bed and 1 full bathroom with shower.
From the living room there is access to an outdoor terrace equipped with a rocking chair.
The surroundings of the apartment in the locality La Strea
The apartment on the second floor of a small villa is located in Porto Cesareo, in the locality of La Strea,
a quiet area very close to the Strea peninsula, a charming and precious
natural oasis. The Strea sea is only 200 meters from the villa.
The nearest sandy beaches are the popular one in the center of Porto Cesareo, only 2 km away, and the small beach of Torre Squillace, only 1.5 km away. All the main services are present in Porto Cesareo.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the hallway of the sleeping area.
- Windowless bathroom.
