Welcome to our lovely Apartments!

BOM JARDIM APARTMENTS invites you to stay in the center of Porto, in a building totally recovered in 2018, furnished and equipped with a small garden and swimming pool in the center of the city. We have a total of 6 apartment units in the building.

All apartments have AC and an equipped kitchenette where you can prepare your meals, and a private bathroom with towels and bed linen included. You will also find a TV with multiple channels and fast internet connection (Wi-Fi).

BOM JARDIM APARTMENTS are located in the center of Porto, about 1 minute from Trindade Station. Ponte D. Luis I is an 18-minute walk away and Rua de Santa Catarina is approximately 7 minutes away, where you can find a wide variety of shops and cafes. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 16 km from Bom Jardim Apartments and easily accessible with the Metro (purple line).

SWIMMING POOL:
- There is only one swimming pool
- Only guests are allowed to use, no external people allowed
- There is CCTV in operation
- Not heated (perfect for the warm Summer days :))
- No LIFEGUARD present
- Now OPEN for swimming - open until October 31 2020

BREAKFAST:
We have a delicious Breakfast available to our guests. It needs to be ordered until 17:30 of the day before and it will be delivered in a beautifully decorated basket :)!
The price is €10 per person and has a variety of fresh ingredients such as: juice, home made bread, home made cake, ham / cheese, jams, coffee or tea. For the kids, we have some special treatments like Nutela :)!
Delivery is from 06:30 to 10:00 and in case you want to wake up after 10:00, no problem, the basket will be placed right by your apartment door!

The Space:
This Studio is located on the 2nd floor, overlooking the swimming pool. There is also a balcony :)!

The apartment has a kitchenett with all the appliances, including:
* Nespresso machine with capsules
* Tea kettle with tea bags
* Toaster
* Iron
* Iron board
* Pots and Pans
* Dishes and glassware
* Cutlery

The bathroom is very generous in size and we provide:
* Hairdryer
* Bath and hands towels
* Shower/Shampoo gel
* Hand soap
* First aid kit

The sleeping space offers a 160x200 very comfortable bed with 4 pillows. Also, there is plenty of space inside the wardrobe with hangars and a safe to store your personal belongings.

The leaving space, you will find a dinning table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed 90x200 (1 person) and access to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

The TV is 42'' and offers a wide variety of channels as well as entertainment like Youtube!

Guest Access:
Access is granted by Card which is provided to each guest personally and upon arrival.

Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception neither someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the informations and answer to all your questions.

We are available on Whatsapp and will be always connected to you in case you need anything and are 24/7 available on call.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a very genuine area of Porto, 2 minutes away from Bolhão Market, many groceries shops, pastries, local shops and restaurants. Supermarket is also located a step away from us.

Main attractions are within walking distance from our location.

Metro is literally 1 minute walking from us and it goes direct to the airport!

Truly a gem of Porto!

Getting Around:
ARRIVING TO BOM JARDIM APARTMENTS IN PORTO:

If you Arrive in Porto by PLANE- AIRPORT FRANCISCO SÁ CARNEIRO.
It is possible to get to the city center by our Transfer service, metro, bus or by car/taxi.

TRANSFER SERVICE:
Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will get in touch with you directly to coordinate your meeting point - €30 up to 4 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver.

METRO- 30 Minutes
From Porto Airport- Francisco Sá Carneiro- take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get
off at Trindade Metro Station. (image 1)
Once you get off the metro take direction Rua do Bonjardim.

BUS- 45 Minutes
From Porto Airport.
Between 6h00 AM to 8h45 PM, take Bus 602 direction Cordoaria.
From Cordoaria, head down to Avenida dos Aliados*.
Between 00H30 and 05H30, take Bus 3M direction Avenida Aliados.
From Avenida dos Aliados* (image 2) head towards Porto's City Hall. After the City Hall, turn on the
third street on the right, Rua do Alferes Malheiro and continue straight ahead towards our
apartments ,that are about 50 meters away .

TAXI- 20 Minutes
Coming from the Airport you will have to wait in line.
Bom Jardim Apartments are located in Rua do Bonjardim nº530, 4000-118 Porto.

TRAIN- CAMPANHÃ RAILWAY STATION.
From the Campanhã Railway Station (located outside the city center) you can take :
Metro Line A in direction to Senhor de Matosinhos, Metro Line B, in direction to Póvoa de Varzim,
Metro Line E, in direction to Aeroporto, or Metro Line F, in direction to Senhora da Hora.
Get off at Trindade Metro Station (image 1). Once you get out of the station take direction Rua do
Bonjardim. Bom Jardim Apartments are located 50 meters walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
Upon arrival we will personally greet and welcome you, share our great recommendations and also tour the space with you so you get to know the place as if you were home :)!
